Shipping and Returns
Shipping is 10% of the total cost items. Shipping total will be provided at the time of checkout. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. Shipments are sent via FedEx and tracking information will be provided upon delivery of the order.
This method is ground shipping. You should receive your product within 5-7 business days from your order date. Shipping to a P.O. Box: Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
Shipping to an APO/FPO Address
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
Tracking your order
To track your order: Log into “My Account” then click on the Order Number which will provide the tracking number. Click on the tracking number for all available tracking information.
You can return most new unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to complete the return section on your order’s packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item. If the returned item(s) is accepted after inspection at our warehouse, you will receive a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, in the original payment method within four weeks of shipping your package to us. If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip, and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable, plus shipping charges in the original payment method.
